All across the world automakers are doubling down in the race to develop fully autonomous vehicles. It has led to several high profile partnerships between tech companies and now we have one more to add to the list.

If someone is really bold, really desperate, or really drunk, they’ll say the darnedest things. Most of the time it’s pretty funny, but when the person they’re talking to is a police officer pulling them over for breaking the law it’s downright hilarious.
