Here in Canada, we are required to buy car insurance if we drive a car. This is a regular cost of owning a car. However, there is no rule that says you have to pay a lot for car insurance.
For a while, distracted driving killed more people than drunk driving. While that’s no longer the case, it doesn’t mean it’s time to text and drive.
