“Decided to buy a house which we purchased in Nov.2013, closing date was Mar.17/14 and we still hadn't sold our house.

Our house sat on the market for 3 extra months. I had to borrow money from my sister and parents to come up with a down payment for $105,000.00 for the new house. Had to pay double of everything plus 2 mortgages.

My husband is on disability and I was on maternity leave, so the financial burden we had for 3 months was scary and stressful.”
